Follow-up and replies to additional document requests take place within the agreed mission. The administration determines the decision and its processing time.

What does the €249 excluding VAT fee cover?+
It is the fee for Izypaper's support with a standard work authorisation application. The exact service scope is confirmed before you commit. Official online filing is free. Any applicable employer tax, visa or residence permit fees, translations and other external charges are separate from our fee. If your company offer already covers the procedure, we check that coverage before any additional billing.
How long does the administration take to decide?+
Processing time depends on the application and the authority handling it. We do not guarantee a favourable decision or an administrative processing time. If the candidate is abroad, the visa process must also be planned.
What if my application is refused?+
The reasons and available next steps need to be examined. An appeal or a new application is not automatically included in this service. Any further support and the applicable commercial terms are specified in the agreed mission.
Can I submit several applications?+
Yes. The fee is €249 excluding VAT per application. For recurring needs, we can review the appropriate company offer and its scope with you. We check any existing coverage before proposing an additional paid service.
Which documents should I prepare?+
The documents depend on the employment contract and the candidate's situation. Prepare your company details, the candidate's current residence or identity document and information about the role and salary. The team confirms the required documents and how to share them securely.
Does this page take payment?+
